1. Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD before tax! (Canada Only)
2. Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been received.
3. Communication Regarding Delays: In the event that there is any delay with processing your order, we will promptly contact you to provide updates and resolve any issues.
4. Shipping Methods: We use reliable shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
5. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada and The United States. We do not currently ship internationally, but we are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.
7. Shipping Charges: For orders in Canada less than $150 before tax, shipping fees will apply. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
8. Customs Duties: Effective August 29, 2025, a U.S. executive order has removed the De minimis exemption for cross-border shipments. As a result, all orders shipped from our Canada-based business to customers in the United States are now subject to applicable duties and customs fees, regardless of order value. These charges are calculated and collected during checkout to ensure full compliance with U.S. import regulations. By placing an order, U.S. customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for these fees as part of the total purchase cost.
9. Restricted Shipping Addresses:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. Orders must be sent to a residential or business address where the customer is the final recipient. Orders that do not meet these requirements may be canceled and refunded.
